About us
Health & Safety
We clean our cars frequently. Please help us keep them pleasant for
everyone by:

Not smoking.
-
Not eating, drinking (except water) or carrying
anything in the
car that could leave stains or smells. We reserve the right to
charge
you a minimum of £50 to clean up an undue mess.

Not carrying pets in our cars – fur and feathers can
trigger allergies
and stick to clothes.
We aim to make your journey as safe as possible (and carry
first aid kits and fire extinguishers).
Please:

Wear your seat belt at all times during travel.

Control any children travelling with you, and
provide child seats
where applicable. Please note that we are not allowed to carry more
than four passengers per car regardless of age.

Discuss with us beforehand if you are booking travel
for minors, ill
or sedated people. Please note that our drivers can refuse travel to
anyone they consider may pose a risk to anyone’s safety (and a
minimum charge of £12 will apply if the journey does not proceed).
This includes passengers who are unduly drunk, drugged or
sedated, rowdy, too young or ill to be unaccompanied, or otherwise
not able to behave safely and sensibly during the proposed journey.
Getting You There
We aim to get you to the right place at the right time. Please:

Give us full, detailed information when you make
your booking.
We will act on the information you give us: if it’s incorrect or
misleading, we may not succeed in getting you to where you want
to go at the right time.

Tell us what time you actually need to be at your
destination,
eg flight check-in time. Based on our driver’s experience, we add
a generous margin to most journeys, especially to airports, to allow
for possible delays. We will take alternative routes where practical
around congestion, but unexpected delays may happen.
Our Charges
We quote you the charges for your journey when you book it, and
agree with you how it will be paid. Quotes are valid for 60 days
based on the details you give us. Please:

Pay at the time of travel by cash, cheque with
guarantee card (unless you have a business account with us).

Note that we will charge you at cost for London
Congestion Zone charges and metropolitan parking.

Tell us at least 24 hours before the agreed
collection time to cancel or change a booking. We reserve the right to charge you the full
cost quoted for the journey if you give us inadequate notice.

Company Accounts
Accounts for companies can be set up by negotiation with
special rates for volume business.

As well as carrying passengers, we can provide you
with a courier
service for documents and parcels (we reserve the right to examine
the contents of parcels for security reasons).

All account travel is billed monthly and payment
must be received
electronically or by company cheque before the end of the
following calendar month.
Travel To/From Airports, Stations & Ports
Please make sure that we have full details of the flight, train
or ship to which we are taking you or from which we are
collecting you.
- On your outward journey, please tell us the latest check-in time
quoted by the travel operator, so that we can get you there without
undue rushing. If our driver is to collect you when you come home,
please reconfirm the date, time and details to ensure our
information is up to date.
- When we are collecting you on your journey home, please let us
have your mobile phone number if at all possible. Our driver will
meet you in the arrivals hall, quay or concourse and will hold a placard with your name on it.
If the driver cannot find you, he will attempt to contact you on your mobile phone -
please ensure that it is switched on. If for
any reason you cannot find him, please wait for 10 minutes, then
contact us on 01980 630094 (we divert our phones when necessary
to provide complete round the clock cover).
Making It Easy For You
Our aim is to give our clients the best chauffeur service.
Travel is stressful enough without having to worry about
the details, so let us make your journey special.
- We are happy to assist you with your luggage and will always meet
you in person at any agreed location. By arrangement, we are
happy to wait for you while you spend the evening at a restaurant,
theatre, cinema or function. Or perhaps a wedding, day at the races,
shopping or even a pre-arranged excursion to some of the beautiful
historic sites in the West Country.
- The vehicles are equipped with air-conditioning, satellite
navigation and traffic information. There is also a superb sound
system for your choice of music, the news ... or silence.
